Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with uukk

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between uukk ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at uukk.io ("you", "the Player", "the User"). By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and uukk. To register and maintain an account with uukk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person.
• You must not hold any existing uukk account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with uukk or any connected gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that all of the above eligibility criteria are satisfied. uukk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. uukk reserves the right to void bets where:

• The bet was placed on a market that was offered in error.
• Odds were published erroneously due to a system error or data feed failure.
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or voided by the relevant governing body.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of the underlying event.
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded, due to a data feed delay.

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus structures.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including poker, live dealer games, or any multi-player format.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access the uukk platform through means other than the standard web interface.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward uukk staff or other players via any communication channel.

uukk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, uukk reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending the outcome of any investigation. If a breach is confirmed, uukk may retain such balances as compensation for any losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the uukk platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the uukk platform without prior written consent.
• Use any uukk trademark, logo, or brand element in any context not expressly authorised by uukk.
• Create derivative works based on any uukk content or software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the uukk platform on any other website or application.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uukk's total aggregate liability to any player — arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, these Terms, or any transaction conducted through uukk.io — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their uukk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits uukk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

uukk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, uukk collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC compliance).
• Processing of financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and anti-money-laundering compliance.

When submitting a complaint, please include your registered account username, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) on which the issue occurred, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. This will help our team investigate and respond to your complaint as efficiently as possible.

uukk commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to providing a full written response within 7 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation — for example, in cases involving disputed bet outcomes or payment discrepancies — uukk will provide interim updates at least every 5 business days until the matter is resolved.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of uukk's internal complaints process, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution through the arbitration mechanism described in Section 14.
